Earlier this month in Portland, Oregon, the NSF Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE) hosted meeting of the community associated with CE21—Computing Education for the 21^st Century. From the variety of panels and presentations, one I found notable for its clear-throated, savvy advice was offered by Lucy Sanders, CEO and Co-founder of the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT), which is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
